If your inquiry concerns an investment and is aimed at obtaining an offer, it is necessary to send complete and unambiguous information about its components. Without the following data, it is impossible to prepare an offer.

A complete list of materials must be attached, which must include:

• product code and symbol, quantity ordered. 

Each investment inquiry must also include:

• the exact name of the investment,
• the country and address of the investment,
• information about who carried out the TraceTek project.

PRO FORMA invoice

When placing an order independently via b2b.tracetek.eu, a PRO FORMA invoice is generated. The document is created automatically at the final stage of the purchasing process in the shopping cart and is available after the purchase has been confirmed. Payment for the PRO FORMA invoice should be made by traditional bank transfer in PLN.

EU VAT

In the case of intra-Community sales within the European Union (excluding Poland), after providing a valid EU VAT number, the purchase is made without VAT (0% rate). VAT is settled independently by the buyer, in accordance with the regulations in force in the country of their registered office, on a reverse charge basis.

Payment

For companies from the European Union other than Poland, payment is also made in PLN, with currency conversion on the payer's bank side. Before making the payment, please wait for confirmation of the availability of the selected products and verification of the EU VAT number in the VIES system.
