( number of products: 9 )The sensor cable Raychem TraceTek TT7000-HUV is an advanced solution dedicated to detecting leaks of strong mineral acids, such as sulfuric and nitric acid, along the entire length of the cable. The TT7000-HUV is water, dirt and UV resistant, making it ideal for outdoor, harsh environment applications. When a leak is detected, the cable immediately activates the alarm and locates the leak with an accuracy of 1 meter.
The cable construction consists of four wires set on a polyolefin core, surrounded by braided synthetic fibers for high UV and weather resistance. Thanks to its flexibility and robustness, the TT7000-HUV is suitable for monitoring acid pipelines, tanks and pumps where leaks may occur.
The TT7000-HUV cable offers the ability to monitor up to 1,000 meters from a single monitoring module, and multiple modules can be easily connected to cover large chemical complexes. Thanks to its resistance to water and contamination, the cable provides reliability in harsh environments, ensuring operational safety in the chemical and petrochemical industries.
